Check in time – 4:00 pm
Check out time – 11:00 am

 

We require a 2-night minimum stay, and 3-night minimum on all holiday weekends and Christmas through New Years.

All cabins are non smoking.

Cancellation Policies

Nipika Mountain Resort reserves the right to charge a $100.00+tax cancellation administration fee on ALL cancellations 30 days prior to the arrival date. All bookings are NON REFUNDABLE within the 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment

HST tax is applicable and NOT included in the rates listed.

 

We accept personal and company cheques, Mastercard and Visa. Your verbal authorization of the use of your credit card indicates your compliance with booking conditions and confirms your reservation. Credit card reservations will be processed in Canadian funds, based on the bank exchange rate, the day the payment is processed. Group Resort bookings of all facilities require a non-refundable $1000.00 deposit due at the time of booking.

 

The nightly rate could change without notice due to increased rates since the time of your booking.

 

First night’s accommodations payment is required within 5 days of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. You may be required to sign a waiver. Nipika reserves the right to cancel reservations of guests who do not sign and return waivers if requested.

 

NIPIKA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MOVE GROUPS INTO SUITABLE SIZED CABINS FOR YOUR GROUP NUMBERS.
